Buffalo's Vive Celebrates New Playroom

(Buffalo, NY) For one Buffalo realtor, the art of interior design is something to be shared. Realtor Kim Addelman put her design skills to work at a local nonprofit temporary home for refugees. Vive, located in Buffalo, NY, assists people from all around the world seeking protection The organization provides food, shelter, clothing and legal assistance for its residents.

Addelman volunteered her expertise and donated items for the new children's playroom. The newly designed room was filled with toys, games, costumes and supplies to provide an appropriate space for the children to play.

"The new playroom is absolutely perfect", said Vive Executive Director, Angela Jordan-Mosley. "The moment the doors opened, the children rushed in to enjoy with the enormous assortment of new toys."

Addelman and her team of volunteers, Logan Hogan and family and Vive Board Member, Michael Marszalkowsi and family, kicked off the holiday season with a project that is sure to make an impact.

"We are so fortunate to have the largest Refugee Center in the nation right in our own back yard and are already planning our next project for this amazing organization. Everyone should know freedom"
