Clarence, NY

Proudly Serving Clarence, NY

Located northeast of the city of Buffalo, lies the town of Clarence, the first town to be established in Erie County in 1808. Many towns and villages have been formed from parts of the original town, forming nearby areas of Western New York. This area is composed partially of suburban communities, where the remainder of the area is used for light industry and agriculture. Currently, Clarence is home to around 32,550 people. It is one of the best places to live in New York, as it is safe, family-friendly, and there is a lot for residents and visitors to do and see.

Residents can take advantage of a variety of restaurants and coffee shops in the town, especially on Main Street. There are a variety of recreational areas including Clarence Town Park, the Clarence bike path, and others. Farmers Markets and antique shows are held in town and offer great finds for everyone! Students in the area attend the highly rated Clarence Central School District. This is composed of four elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. Catholic school education is offered at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church for grades K-8.
